Do you have a clay pot in a closet or in a cabinet kitchen at home? You are a throwback to the 70's? I am! But what the hey! When was the last time I used it to cook something really? The pot Mud is an old "fad" that has come and gone you know! The clay pot is alive and well today! Just take a look at how it has evolved over the years when going to the outlets big retail in their town. I remember when they were strictly "manually" operated. Today, they are like crock pots that can be expected in the spacecraft Enterprise! The clay pot is not a lazy way of cooking, by contrast, is so efficient as to prepare the ingredients you want and then put them in the pot the morning and when I get home, viola! Dinner is served. Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil.
1 1 / 2 teaspoons salt or salt of the season.

I love pans great! my favorite is a cast iron skillet. I'm old fashioned that way! Therefore, obtaining a large pan and bring their beef to Brown in the 3 tablespoons olive oil. When meat is browned all the time to throw in the crock pot and then add the remaining ingredients in there too! Cook this mixture for 6 to eight hours, and if you are at home at the time then savor every once in a while to see if you want to add something or not!
