Importance of nutrition in food has increased with more stress and related diseases in our lives. Food Health is used to describe any food that is considered healthy, or it may mean specific foods claimed to be especially beneficial to health. Also the food of Health is the new name for a nutritionally adequate diet. We all seem to be more careful with diet and exercise routine. While watching the diet also crave delicious food and recipes as well. Soft food tastes good only when we are sick or down with fever.
In this article I propose tell wonderful recipe made with honey. Honey is the classic ingredient, trendy and fashionable, no doubt, a healthy alternative to sugar. Honey is known as the nectar of their amazing health benefits. Honey enhances the flavor and provides our body with energy. From the innovative chefs have created generations lip smacking dishes with honey. Best known as a natural sweetener, honey contains a quarter fewer calories than sugar. It is also full of minerals, antioxidant vitamins and essential to the human body. If you are dieting or trying to lose weight, honey is best taken with warm water first thing in the morning. Honey ingredient essential in our daily diet gives a glowing skin, beautiful as well.

Here I share with you one of my favorite recipes that can be used in everyday cooking.
Honey Chilli idlis
- INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mini idlis prepared in advance (see note chef at the end of the recipe)
2 onions cut into rings
1 teaspoon butter
1 / 2 cup shredded cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon chat masala
2 teaspoons oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
2 dried red chilies, crushed
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup diced carrots
¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts
¼ cup diced pimiento
Anardana ½ teaspoon (dry pomegranate) powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
METHOD:
- Melt butter in a skillet, saute the onion rings and cabbage and season with salt, pepper and chat masala: Transfer to a bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok add the mustard, cumin and add red peppers, onions, peanuts, peppers, carrots and sauté for 2 minutes, add honey, anardana powder, salt and pepper.
- Remove pan from oven, add lemon juice and then transferred idlis a bowl, mix slightly and serve.
- Chef Note:
To make idlis - 1 cup semolina put in a bowl and mix 1 cup of yogurt with a cool green leaves 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon (1 envelope) Eno fruit salt and 1 teaspoon oil, stir to make the dough smooth and thick. Make a cocktail size, small idlis steamed in batches in a greased idli steamer, cool and reserve.
