Foods to avoid acid reflux is something that everyone suffering from this condition wants to know more about! This condition is also commonly known as heartburn at all. This occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) is too relaxed and allows stomach acid and food to pass through it into your throat. 1) Be wary of eating spicy foods too. These include foods that incorporate a large amount of hot spices such as chilies and other hot peppers. Foods from India, Mexican or Italian cuisine potentially can cause problems. 2) Eat a lot of fried and fatty meats. You have to be careful if you consume these foods in your meals. The meat would in steaks, burgers, hot dogs, sausages, fried fish or chicken.
