What kind of sauce that goes well with chicken and pasta?
I have a chicken for cooking away in my crock pot at this time (seasoned with garlic and herbs, seasoning salt, Creole seasoning and pepper lemon. Sounds like lot, but out awesome!). Also I have some angel hair pasta in my cupboard. I have wanted to do something different for dinner tonight instead of what I do Chicken shot (quesadillas). What kind of sauce that you would be good on chicken and pasta? My boyfriend is not very great in alfredo, but I will eat. Something creamy preferably however. Any suggestions?

Salt and freshly alfredo black freshly grated nutmeg next, to taste (I usually use a / 2 teaspoon 1, I do not keep cool about) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried 1 cup cream In a large skillet set over moderately low heat, melt the butter, add the rosemary and cook stirring, for 1-2 minutes. So soon as the pasta is cooked, drain and add to skillet. Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and let reduce 1-2 minutes, stirring gently, or until slightly thickened. (This recipe comes from the food network and I have used many, many times ... it's delicious!)
