First, what kind of food is a smoker to produce and how to spell .... Is the BBQ, Bar-BQ or my personal favorite, BBQ? Do they all mean the same or is something U.S. regional. If you go through a traffic signal with one of these signs and inhaled deeply, there should be no doubt in his mind that all are delicious! The only real controversy is whether the grill on high heat or indirect heat slowly under a lot of smoke to get the succulent meat.
The purist on the subject will tell you that BBQ is slow smoking with indirect heat of a wood fire. Others will say that you can use gas or electricity, provided that the wood chips located somewhere in the kitchen to produce enough smoke that unforgettable delicious smoky flavor. Many people say that is strictly the sauce that gives the taste of meat, but again, this is a hot topic. Dry rubs really "rub" many people in the right way and claim that their secret recipe rub are the best and this is what gives this lip smacking taste.
You really do not have to be a brain surgeon to know how to use a smoker, but need lots of patience, no, no patients! Slow smoking of food has many hours and experience makes a big difference. Note what is becoming to have a good reference in case of drinking too much waiting for your signal, "to reach completion. You never know when you will have all the while the best combination of massage, wood and marinades!
To achieve that the dank, smoky wood, find a role shallow pan and fill with water, juice or beer and wood chips, wood whatever you like. There are many types of wood to choose. Some forest of course, are strictly local. Put your paper under your grill pan or on top of charcoal. If you are using gas then put to one side of the gas flame ... the burner is not lit, while you are cooking. Keep the temperature between 250 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and the plan of most meats cooking for at least four or five hours or more.
Using a smoker and barbecue cooking in general has been controversy since the colonial era and we're not really sure where barbecue comes from, but appears to be a combination of African, Caribbean, India and Latin Cowboys influence.
It seems that there are so many different ways of how to use a smoker that the jury is still really out of the only correct way to smoke your foods to perfection. It really depends on your palate. If his ribs smoked his neighborhood two dodging your kitchen, then I suppose there must be a winner!

I love cooking chicken wings, but its time for a change. What is a good dry rub? I have not used one in a long time. Thank you.
