Fighting anemia
Many women suffer from anemia. It is important to take preventive action against this common evil.
The battle anemia
Anemia is common among women. The reason for this is due to monthly blood loss despite the Women average amount is about 4.5 ounces. 8 oz is great and should be monitored more closely. Since this may be a sign of a serious illness.
Although anemia can be common, does not mean it's normal. More women are accepting it as something that women just be and are wrong. This condition should not be overlooked. Symptoms of anemia include and are not limited to fatigue, chronic fatigue, headaches, palpitations, lack of energy, slowing down what looks like a heavy head, dizziness and weakness. Caffeine is blocking the absorption of iron to cut completely out of caffeine, chocolate, coffee and black tea. Eating an orange a day for vitamin C, also help absorb iron. Doing all this and can be adjusted in no time!
