need easy (and tasty) recipes casserole and quickly?
We are on a tight budget (who is not these days?) And I started sending lunch to work with their husbands. Sandwiches aged very fast so I found some cheap ramekins (one serving pans) and have been doing these as an alternative. Our favorite is the Shephard's Pie (meat with golden onion, sometimes carrots and peas, topped with creamed corn and mashed potatoes and baked), but do not want all the time. I am looking for the best recipes can be divided casserole in this way. Must be ... A) easy - if it is a time to cut and prepare I know I never will B) economic - preferably with ingredients most people at hand. If you need some strange taste that is only available in an import store, then I doubt that is capable of handling C) tasty - that as most types of meat, but the husband will not eat tuna period. Salmon, chicken, turkey, beef, pork or vegetarian recipes are needed. Something that is good with hot sauce (to him) is even better.
How about a quiche style? You could make ham and cheese, bacon and spinach, mushrooms, garlic and sausage. Choose any combination you want. Press one pie crust round (perfect packaging) in the bottom of the pot. Fill the 1.2 to 4.3 complete with filling (meat stew, vegetables, cheese - any combination at all!) Then add one beaten egg mixed with some cream to fill the gaps may a little more than three quarters of the pot line.
