What is the hot word on Indian food?
When you think about Indian food, the thought that ordinarily comes to mind is spice. Indian food is intended to energize the senses. Indian foods are recognized for their genuine taste and fragrance.
Spices such as turmeric, garlic, cumin, ginger, black pepper, cloves, fennel seeds, cardamom and mustard seeds denote Indian dishes for those familiar with Indian livelihood. The spices can be utilized uncut, ground, roasted or pan-fried. And some dishes consolidate them in the form of a creamy paste.
For example, there are those among the population that are banned to eat up roots or subterranean vegetables. Less than 30% of the people of India are traditional meat eaters. Regular diet be made up of honey, dairy product, fruit, grain, vegetables and meat.
Now certainly when eating Indian food, a cool beverage is an important accompaniment. What all of us in the Western world accept is spicy is zip in comparison to the culinary spices in hot Indian food that is actually cooked and eaten in India. That brings me to my lifesaver when I was exploring and eating around India....the Lassie. It is a dairy liquid which is sort of a cross between yogurt, fruit juice and flavoured milk.
So there is an abundent of Indian tastes to sample and I would whole heartedly direct you give it a go at some point in your life. But make sure to have a nice cold glass of lassie right next to you!!
Anyone that has ever attempted Indian cuisine knows that the food is designed to stimulate and energise.
Essentially vegetarian, a normal diet includes fruit, veggies, grain, dairy product, honey and beef. The foods include kebabs accompanied by rich gravies, apricots, plums, peaches and melons. Recent additions provided by western influence include tomatoes, chili peppers and potatoes. And the most obvious about Indian foods is the smell. Spices used include mustard seeds, turmeric, cardamom, garlic, fennel seeds, cumin, cloves, black pepper, and bay leaves.

This strategy implies that the dishes can be enjoyed just about anywhere.
