help me with my chicken fajita recipe please?


chicken fajitas

1 pack chicken breast strips
worcestershire sauce
ginger
pepper
paprika
1 can muchrooms
2 tblespoons butter
soy sauce
olive oil
1 whole onion
1 whiole bell pepper
garlic seasoning
curry
sour cream
cheddar cheese sprinkle

pre dice the bell pepper and onions
cook the chicken breast with olive oil until partially full cooked,then add the butter the worcestersire sauce and soy sauce, and then put onion and bell pepper and muchrooms in the mix, cook for a while after butter is melted,last add the garlic season,ginger,pepper,paprika,and curry to the mix cook for the remainder

can someone tell me how much of the following to use?:
worcestershire sauce
ginger
pepper
soy sauce
curry
garlic seasoning
olive oil
paprika,sour cream, and sprinkle cheese
this is my first time making my own recipe and i don't want to mess up so, using just these ingredients how much of all the above would you use and how would you cook it? just to give me and idea

Don't use worcestershire sauce, soy, ginger, curry, or butter. These items will totalyy ruin the dish. It almost sounds like an asian dish the way you have it.

This is due to a bacteria called Listeria monocytogenes which can grow in the cold and mainly affects things like deli meats, cheeses and hot dogs. If you aren't sure, ask your deli manager who can give you more guidelines. Having a set shopping schedule will keep your meal planning organized and prevent wasting.

2) We have all heard this one but how often do you practice it? Shop on the exterior perimeter of the store, mainly in the produce section. Rarely do I have to venture down the aisles and if I do, I know exactly what I am going for. Sometimes vinegar, olive oil, walnuts, canned vegetables, or bagged beans are good reasons to go down the aisles. Cookies, crackers, sugary juices and sauces are not.

3) Give yourself some flexibility. You do not have to always have chicken on Mondays for your meal plan. Choose about twenty different dinners that you enjoy cooking for yourself or your family. These are your base recipes. Then add flavor and change by switching them up a bit. On nights when I make baked chicken, there is a pretty good chance the next night will be chicken fajitas, chicken fruit salads, or chicken white chili.

4) Make your favorite meals vegetarian. In an effort to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet, linger in the produce department. If there are items there that you wouldn't have a clue what to do with, write them down and then check for recipes online. I didn't have a clue what to do with fennel, until I found a great fennel soup recipe. Now it is one of my favorites. Making more meals vegetarian lowers your saturated fat intake and boosts vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Instead of beef fajitas, try veggie fajitas next time with beans.

5) Basics you must include on your shopping list:

  • Walnuts - Omega 3 fats are great but keep the amount to just a few per day if you are trying to lose weight.
  • Spinach - Make big salads and add to wraps, but also include in pasta dishes for a gourmet look.
  • Beans - Not only are they inexpensive, but they are nutritionally full foods that fill you up and help you lose.
