Question about a chili recipe cocoa powder?

I have seen McCormick mixture of cocoa chili powder that can be used to enhance the flavor of the meat is prepared with a mole sauce, and instead of buying, I wondered if someone has not arrived with a combination of these ingredients on their own that seems to offer a good proportion of each flavor. I was not sure if this would be a 50-50 or whether it would be necessary to ease up on the cocoa. I made some chili powder recently dried ancho chile and some thought it would be better to just do my own place to pay gourmet prices. I suppose in the worst case, I could experience, but I wondered if anyone had found a measure that works. Moreover, if any of its other dry spice flavor combination you like, I'd love to hear them out of curiosity. Thank you!

Here's something I do for the back pig. 1 tablespoon white peppercorns 1 tablespoon whole coriander * 4 1 / 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon cloves smell * 3 1 / 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa * 4 tablespoons sea salt, preferably gray * 2 (2) pounds boneless pork loin 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (Note ..... get multiple uses of the spice mixture) provides fast and then grind the spices and add to the rest of the spices in a massage on the back Rub pork (about 1 / 4 of the mixture usually does) quickly seer loin on all sides for a few minutes per side. Transfer pan (you probably did the seer in a oven safe pan) in a preheated oven at 400F for about 10 - 15 minutes
