Chefs have relied on Mexene for championship Texas-style chili fo over a decade. The taste of Terlingua is in every bite. The "kings of chili" have unanimously agreed that Mexene is the chili powder of champions. HOME-MADE CHILI Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 3/4 cup chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced 2 Tbsp. Mexene Chili Powder Seasoning 1 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 cup water Steps: Brown together the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings(about 2/3 cup each).
