One of the biggest mistakes I see made by well-meaning network marketers is the attempt to write, create and place ads without real training.
I of picked this month's issue of the Advertiser home business, which basically serves as a targeted advertising platform for network marketers, spiced with a handful of articles by industry leaders.
Here is the sad part: I'm going to guess that there are about 200 ads in the magazine that range in size from small classifieds to full pages. Of these 200 + ads, found fewer than ten that were really good, and half of those who were professionally written and tested for lead companies that placed large!
The rest: page after page after page of wasted time, potential, and money. Unless you know exactly what you're doing, DO NOT put anything more than a small, inexpensive classified while you learn the ropes.
The first and only purpose of advertising is to elicit a direct action of player that lets you capture their contact information. Period.
Your ad calls to call an 800 number, or sent to a website where you can leave your contact information in exchange for something of value. (You have to give ad *** good reason to leave their information or not).
If you send them to a website or 800 number, these tools have one purpose: To capture that information. Not for sale in your business. Not to speak of your company. Just capture your information.
Once you have the information you need to establish rapport with that person. They only buy if like you, and most people only people you trust. You do that by giving them great information and products large that truly make a difference in their lives.
And not just giving them information through a bi-monthly newsletter, establish many ways for you to learn about you and your services.
This is key: The fact that I am educating through every tool. I'm not hiding the information. I'm giving it away, along with the opportunity to learn even more.
People would not be able to see the value of the product or system if all that was behind a page orders.
Why is it important to have so many options? Because once a person finds something that could solve their problems, they want to dive in and learn as much as possible.
With a variety of tools, they can see, hear, feel, and take possession of it. And each of these themes again and reaffirms the message original purchase Magnetic Sponsoring, and can help you grow your business.
I rarely spend money on advertising that does not have the capacity to create snapshot and automatically direct the cash flow response. In other words, almost never just announced for "leads" to my MLM opportunity like everyone else out there.
I can, and I do, but as soon as the person who chooses to my page, they will learn, and have the opportunity to purchase a retail product information of some kind, whether mine or another product marketing manager that I'm selling.
I advertise information products that are sold retail through an online direct response sales page automatically, 24 / 7. This pays for the cost of advertising means that you can advertise endlessly to my target market (for other network marketers) for FREE. Caution: Be very careful when it comes to income statements for their websites or in their ads.
The conclusion is that you are in a very unstable you put any kind of income and production numbers. The best bet is to consult a lawyer before MLM advance if they insist on using these types of figures.

Buy this spice rack! by DJPW from on 2010-08-16 These are excellent spice container! I now have 8 sets for total of 48 spices and they can all be stored in an array on the side of my fridge, thanks to the magnetic strips. The containers have a small pour spout that I use more often than the sprinkle holes as they are a bit too small for most dried herbs. The included labels are limited so, if you have a large collection of spices, you will need to create your own or buy a more extensive label set. I'm not sure why they bother to include same 6 spices in each package. They should leave those out and charge less money! Overall I would recommend this spice rack system for anyone who has a large number of spices to store and likes easy access.
decent spice rack, DO NOT ORDER FROM AMAZON -- shipping problems by bakabakaian from Boston, MA on 2010-05-05 The first one of these I received from Amazon came with spice jars with big dents in them. It looked like someone had taken a big rock and dented the jars. I contacted Amazon, which offered to send me a replacement. The replacement came -- and guess what, the metal strip that holds the jars was bent at almost 45 degrees! Luckily for me I was able to swap the metal strip from the first package, and I returned the bent one along with the dented spice jars. All in all it's clear this item has huge packaging problems at Amazon -- 2 shipments, 2 big problems. Given the inconvenience of returning the package, dealing with Amazon (which first told that the item was non-returnable, I think because there are spices inside which makes it a food product -- anyway this necessitated several emails back and forth, which was annoying), etc, I just don't think it's worth it to buy this on Amazon. (Also, as others have noted, the racks from Amazon show up with all kinds of grime and dust on them. This isn't true of a matching rack from the same company that I bought at Costco -- it was totally grime-free.) This item is sold by several bricks-and-mortar vendors for a similar price -- do that, and don't waste your time with Amazon on this one.
Perfect gift by M. Druhen from on 2010-01-07 I got this spice rack for my fiance for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. He immediately put it up on his fridge, although he did use a lot his own spices rather than the ones that came with it to make it more colorful. We tried to wash it before putting the spices in, but the lids seem to trap water that we couldn't figure out how to get out, so be careful.
should be sold at the 99 cent store by Shmeg McGee from Los Angeles on 2009-10-08 These are really cheaply made. After a while the glue holding the magnets on the bottoms starts to slip. Eventually the magnets simply fall off. We've also had a lot of issues with the lids getting stuck. You have to twist the lid in order to pour out the contents. Most of the time the lids get stuck and you cannot turn them at all. We've had to throw away a few of these because we actually had to crack them open because the lids refused to budge. They are neat but just know that they are extremely flimsy.
GREAT for small spaces! by L. MCLAUGHLIN from on 2009-05-03 The little magnetic containers are perfect for my tiny little kitchen. We bought the first set, and my fiance filled up the containers with the included spices. Then I bought three more sets so we can empty the spice rack to make room for other things in the cabinet. We pitched the included spices in the next order. Labels are included for the spices packaged with the set. We'll have to use our own label-maker for the rest of our collection. The containers stick to any magnetic surface, of course. We're using the magnetic strip just because I like the looks of it. Nice clean lines with simple circular containers. Magnetic strip sticks to magnetic surfaces, too. LOVE IT!

Tin Cans Rust by Connoisseur from Los Angeles, CA United States on 2010-09-05 I loved the idea of this magnetic spice rack. But after a few months, the tin cans have begun to rust. It's unfortunate because this set was expensive. I actually bought these at Target first and they were being clearanced out. Then I bought a second set online to expand my collection. I see now why the product was being clearanced out. They should make the spice cans out of steel.
needs stronger magnets by R. harris from on 2010-04-07 I love the flexibility of storage with this product. I just wished to magnets were stronger.
Problematic.. by Just Some Lady from on 2010-01-08 These are a great concept but the design could use some improvements. The tins are very lightweight material and can be easily dented and damaged. The window is actually a thin pliable plastic disc that is removable. They slip right out and disappear under a radiator with the greatest of ease, so be careful. Spices can get trapped between them and the lid too. The tiny sifting holes on the side of the canisters are very small. Good luck trying to shake any of your spices out through them. There's a large gap opening that you can use and adjust. You just have to know how big an opening to create for each spice depending on how the spice flows. The material is maybe a light tin. putting them in water would rust them up. I've owned them a few years and they're looking dented, rusty and dingy just from the environment in the kitchen. The spices you add lose their potency after a while. I still use them but I'm looking for an alternative to be honest. They look pretty grungy now after owning them a few years.Incidentally I have much better use of these in my sewing room. I use the canisters to hold pins, bobbins, paper clips, chalk and other small items and I stick them on my magnetic blackboard. The canisters are great for picking up pin spills on the ground or table too. I carried them with me to my sewing class and my teacher was very impressed. They stuck to the back of those awful metal chairs and metal tabletop. They would not sweep to the ground if hit by accident with the fabric or sleeve because they stuck. Teacher tried to pick one up and squealed when she realized they were magnetic. I think she's going to buy some. They cling to the metal file cabinet by my computer too. The air in the kitchen is probably more humid and greasy compared to elsewhere in the house so they still look good everywhere else but in the kitchen. I love these for industrial use in the sewing room and home office. I'm taking them out of the kitchen however and buying something else. In my experience they are not really sanitary overall for spices. The spices that come with them are pretty good though. A nice starter kit as a gift for a college student or first apartment but not really for the hard core kitchen person. Excellent product if used for something other than food.
Great looking accessory for your kitchen. by J. Qi from Seattle, WA USA on 2009-09-22 Bought this almost a year and a half ago. I've been using plain old spice jars from grocery stores before this and this was definitely much better looking. The little tin cans are very nice and professional looking with two types of ways to pour. You can use the perforated holes for smaller amounts, or the bigger gap to pour large amounts. The tops stay on very well, so you won't have to worry about the top coming off and spices going everywhere. The bottom of each tin has a magnet so you can stick them to pretty much any metal fixture if you don't wish to use the spice rack. Personally, I do not like the spice rack because it is a little cumbersome. You can hang the spice rack like a picture frame on the wall, which is a nice alternative to leaving it on the table. I've been keeping mine in a drawer and they look nice this way.The set includes some spices and labels for each tin. Unfortunately, they don't include any empty labels for you to write your own spices on. I used a simple label maker to make my own labels and they look perfectly fine. The spices that are included are pretty common spices and are in little bags when they arrive. I didn't really have a use for most of them so they are just sitting around the house. The nice thing about these is that you can buy additional tins if you need them and they look the same.Overall a great addition to your kitchen. Very professional looking and should last you for a long time.
Buy something else by Pbar from Bergenfield, NJ United States on 2009-03-21 Thought this would be a perfect spice rack, until the magnets came off the tins. Then the jars became hard to turn because the spices tend to get lodged in between the lid and the jar. Ended up tossing it.

Very difficult to attach to wall or cabinet by carol from on 2010-03-19 I like the concept but have had to buy a metal strip for the spice jars to stick to because neither my son nor i could hang the bracket securely to the wall.
worked perfect by D. Foster from Denver, CO on 2010-02-19 I have a small space above my stove. This worked perfect. I now have my spices handy and never worry about them falling. They look great with my black appliances.
Magnetic spice rack by Nancy Campbell from howard city,mi on 2009-12-21 This item ~ The Zevro spice rack, is a Christmas gift for my daughter, who loves new and different items. This would be one of those! She also needed a spice rack to put on the wall since her apartment has very little counter space. I looked it over and it seems to be of high quality. I know she'll love the colors of silver and blackish gray! This spice rack has a metal shelf that the spice jars sit on top of AND hang from underneith magnetically! Great idea ! My daughter in law wants one! Birthday? Probably!
Disappointing by J. Cantwell from New York, NY on 2009-09-01 We got 2 sets and put them on the wall near the stove for easy access. We've had them up for over a year and I just noticed that the stickers on the entire bottom set are gone. They're cheaply made and the rubber around the magnet on the bottom falls off whenever I take one of them off the rack. We got them for the look and how easy it would be to use them, but we're replacing them now with corner shelves and better spice jars since these don't hold enough. I would not recommend.
Nice concept, but a few details were missed.. by Michael R. Turner from Seattle, WA on 2009-08-28 The mounting bracket on the back has the keyholes slotted in the wrong direction. If you try to mount it horizontally on a wall, the rack will either slide off the screws, or the mounting bracket ends up on the lower half, allowing the rack to tilt away from the wall. The holes are too small for flake spices and you have to unscrew the cap fill a spoon.

Love this item...surprised at some reviews by ihavewebfeet from Lake Lanier, GA on 2010-07-10 I ordered several sets of these and LOVE them. They have held up well, with the exception of one (the magnet came off the back, but was easily reapplied with with glue).
I read some 1 star reviews, but we have encountered none of the negative things they have found.
NOT RECOMMENDED TRASH MADE IN CHINA PRODUCT by Javed Azam from USA on 2010-06-05 CHEAP MADE IN CHINA PRODUCT JUST A WASTE OF MONEY. MAGNET DOES NOT EVEN HOLD WEIGHT OF EMPTY CAN FORGET WITH SPICE IN IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO TARGET WALMART AND BUY WHAT YOUR NEED THERE.
Perfect so far. by V. Revilla from North Carolina, USA on 2010-02-22 Simple and tidy. I wanted something that wouldn't eat up shelf space or clutter the countertop. We've mounted one on the wall on each side of the stove, under the wall cabinets. With the clear lids, they are as visually pleasing as they are functional. Great product, branded by Pfaltzgraff.
Kamenstein Magnetic Spice Jars by CATherine from Santa Barbara,CA on 2010-02-07 We love them. We put them on the refrigerator. wish there were more labels and that they were easier to read. Bought 4 sets of 5, so we have 20.

Looks great poor functionality by DoctorLani from on 2010-08-28 I love the look but I am unable to twist or take of the lids. Grant it my wrist is a bit sore (more sore now) however, I had my plumber try to take a lid off. He struggled and finally the herb went flying all over the kitchen. Forget about twisting the lids to shake or pour out of the slot. I tried putting olive oil on the rim just to see if lubrication would work. Any suggestions - has anyone else had this problem - perhaps I got a bad batch? Thanks,
Wonderful except I can't reopen the lids---UPDATE by E. Prine from Fl. on 2010-02-23 The magnetic tins work well on the side of the refrigerator as another reviewer suggested; they are handy, attractive and space-saving, HOWEVER, I can not get the lids back off the tins to refill. I've tried twisting, popping and having others try but none of us can open them again. Any tips would be appreciated.UPDATE: Upon contacting Lipper International, they graciously offered to replace the tins. I'm thrilled because these are so handy and space-saving. Highly recommended.
Not bad, but... by Galen Sather from Seattle, WA United States on 2010-02-10 I love the space saving capability of this design, and the ease of access with the tins (just turn for shake or pour capability). HOWEVER - the tins are not air-tight, and the plastic cover on the tins is reactive to some spices. My cumin became encased in a plastiky mess, and the salt becomes a salt block within days. Also, due that the spices are stored on their sides, there's constantly a mess of spice-jumble on the counter under the spice tins. I still use the tins for spices that I use up really quickly - oregano, marjoram, etc.... - but have to keep a separate stock of anything that reacts with moisture and the plastic tops (trial and error). I would look into other storage options if you're not tight on space.
out shopping... by hcabats from Barrington, Rhode Island - USA on 2010-01-20 i just wanted to address the person who said why not buy the cheaper one!
i guess if you don't buy stainless steel some of the non-leafy herbs/spices can corrode the aluminum!
just found that out while doing research! def. want to buy these now!
thanks for all the reviews!

Excellent! by Amber Locke from Seattle, WA on 2010-09-06 Great product and modern too. Looks great with my kitchen. I love how I don't have to have all the teaspoons hanging off a ring and making a mess of everything. They are very simple to use and put back together. Only thing that would make this better is a measuring cup version too.
Great idea! by Nonni from Ohio on 2010-08-29 I got these based on others' reviews, and I haven't used my old measuring spoons since. Of course, I can never find the old ones, because they're all over the drawer. With this set, they stay together, and there's no ring. They're made well, so I'm sure they'll last.
Great idea! by Tenley Lane Hannah from on 2010-08-09 I love that these spoons are magnetic and are not on a ring! Genius idea! They wash up really well too.
Greatest measuring spoons ever! by girfygirl from on 2010-08-08 These measuring spoons are the greatest ones I've ever owned!
It's like having 2 sets of spoons in one! You can use one end of the spoon for dry ingredients and the other for liquid ingredients...with half the mess! And because they are metal, I don't have to worry about them falling into the bottom of my dishwasher and melting. I love them!
Great measuring spoons by D. Mello from on 2010-07-29 I bought these for my wife since she loves to bake. She absolutely loves them and when I make man foods I find them handy as well.

Handy to use spice canister and rack by H. Boggs from Corona, CA USA on 2010-03-29 I love these magnetic spice canisters. They are easy to fill and use. The go well with stainless steel appliances. The magnetic bottoms allow you to stick the spices you need for a recipe on your fridge or other metal appliances to keep them close while cooking. We have the 8 piece and the 14 piece set.
Nice and handy, but pour is an issue by S. Gladden from Antelope, CA on 2009-12-17 I bought this for my boyfriend since he loves cooking and has a huge array of spices that are cluttering our cabinet. It comes with a handy mounting guide and the magnets themselves are quite strong. There is a sheet of pre-prepared stickers that come with the package to label your spices, which is nice, although we don't use most of these. When you push the white plastic to the side, you get to a sift and pour slots. Be careful when using the sift option, since it's much more like a pour. As a work around, I pour a bit of the seasoning in my hand and use it to simulate "sift" over what I'm seasoning.
