I can not find some spice in Indian recipes. One of them is the cumin. Can substitute other spices?
Cumin is a the most common spice is! Store all foods it sells.
Indian chai recipes
Masala Chai Recipe -
- Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 cloves
2 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
3 cups water
1 / 4 inch of fresh ginger
1 / 8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper black
2 cups milk
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons strong tea
Method:
Add spices, water, ginger and pepper and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add milk and sugar to skillet and bring to a boil. Add the tea and boil again. Strain into a glass of hot water or directly into teacups and serve with Indian snacks or cilantro chutney sandwiches.

Ingredients:
2 1 / 4 cups water

1 / 4 inch fresh ginger
1 1 / 2 cup milk
4 teaspoons sugar

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons loose tea, usually black
1 piece of ginger
3 cardamom pods, crushed
3 cloves
1 piece of cinnamon
Milk and sugar to taste
Method:
Boil 3 cups water, then add the tea and spices. Bring to boil. Let stand for 1 minute. Strain the spices and serve with milk and / or sugar. Commons Chai Recipe
