a quick question about (Mexican) pozole ... help!?

well so I made some delicious homemade (Mexico) pozole from scratch on Sunday morning and went well, the perfect seasoning and spice and everything, so I invited my family to come and have a Monday night and when I heat the pot to a boil and serve everyone knew a little fun. As I had a strange taste and then I felt so bad I braging about how good it was and then when they come to prove that their taste was great fun as well I'm trying to find out what happened, what happened was I left the big silver pot tin (which I think is Alluminum) throughout the day and night and put it in the refrigerator when the whole soup was still warm and I know I should have waited until cool, but I would not want to leave him out too time so if someone has this happened to them with any kind of stew / soup please any input really help that way I will not make the same mistake again ... ahead thanks for your help!

Always refrigerate when warm, not cold so it does go wrong, especially with pork I'm not sure what kind of spices you put in, but could have freed all because its flavor, followed by cooling then sit overnight. My family usually adds oregano, lemon pepper red cabbage, radish ... on the side when served. In that way remains fresh, crispy and served to taste.
