Salt 1 / 8 teaspoon of sea

1 / 2 cup molasses

1 / 3 cup raw sugar

1 / 2 cup unsalted butter Organic Valley cultured, melted

1 / 2 cup Organic Valley cultured butter low fat, well chilled shaken

1 Organic Valley Grade A extra large brown egg

Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly grease an 8-en-8-en-2-inch metal baking pan. Sift flour, spices, baking soda and sea salt in medium bowl.

In a large bowl, whisk together the molasses, sugar 1 / 3 cup butter, buttermilk and egg. Times in the dry ingredients.

Pour the ginger bread dough in bread baking. Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a tester inserted comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely in pan.

Cut into 16 squares. Top homemade cream and garnish with candied ginger.
