Who wants to help me with cooking ideas?!?
Hi-hi! I often cook a variety of poultry cuts and beefs. I have a fairly limited variety of seasonings. Can somebody help me a with a good seasoning combo for a roast and a chicken meal(seperately) using the following seasonings?
Seasonings:
1) Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs
2) Fischer's Seasoning Salt
3) Publix Store Brand Basil
4) Fresh Home-Grown(yes I grow it myself 
) Greek Oregano
5) McCormic Bay Leaves
6) McCormic Cilantro Leaves
7) Beef and Chicken bullion cubes
Rubbed Sage
9) Thyme Leaves
10) Lemon Pepper Blend
11) Lemon rind
12) Extra Spicey Salt-Free Mrs. Dash(A Dash of Flavor Instead Of Salt)
13) Whole Black Pepper Peppercorns
14) Traditional Pepper
15) Traditional Salt

2 tablespoons of butter, melt it, put in a pinch of each basil, thyme, sage, chill till the butter is firmed up. Take the chicken and loosen up the skin with your finger then rub the butter mixture under the skin. Put in a baking pan, cover and bake at 350 deg f for one hour then uncover and bake till you like the brownness of it. A whole chicken might take a little longer. Stick a meat thermometer into the breast meat and if it registers 170 deg f it's done.
