Ingredients:

Instructions:

In a pan or bowl, combine juice apple, maple syrup, soy sauce, minced onion and garlic.
Remove half for basting, cover and refrigerate this.

Add the salmon and then refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.

Instructions:

Ingredients:

Syrup 1 / 3 cup pure Vermont maple
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup oatmeal

2 ½ fresh berries
Flour ½
1 egg
1 / 3 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 peaches, peeled, cut into wedges

Instructions:

Place the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder in a food processor and pulse three times until mixed.
Add the egg and pulse until the mixture becomes rough.
Combine maple syrup, berries and peaches in any skillet and mix.
Bake for thirty five minutes or until it turns brown.
You can serve this with ice cream.

Potatoes with Maple 4.Sweet

Ingredients:

½ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons stick butter
½ cup pure Vermont maple syrup
2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 / 8 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

Mix the maple syrup, juice, butter, salt, cloves and brown sugar.
Pour over sweet potatoes in the bottom of a casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high heat for about 10 minutes.
