I bought salmon fillets. How can I cook, season them. I have a George Foreman grill set. I have these spices: coriander, salt, pepper black, white sugar Adobo - lemon, garlic, pepper, basil thyme garlic powder mixture of parsley 2 lemons
This is like me and my boyfriend of our cook: Melt a little butter in the pan, place salmon skin side down. Cook over med-hi. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and oldbay (dressing will be fine too!). cook fish until it begins to change color in the bottom half of the meat. Then carefully flip over and cook the other side for several minutes. Then flip back above. The seasonings should do a little crunchy on top. It's so good! Good luck!
