It's Friday night - Do you know what's for dinner?

It's Friday night - finally - and has been a long week and last. The last thing you want to do when you get home is find out what to do for dinner. Instead of digging another frozen pizza from the freezer, why not spend a few minutes by a dinner is not only fast, easy and cheap, but it's delicious and nutritious!

My recommendation - Mexico Black Bean Soup, whole wheat toast and a green salad.

They can also be combined with other ingredients to make some seriously delicious food. Here is my recipe for Black Bean Soup Mexico - they did it again yesterday, and amazingly disappeared Quick!

Mexico Black Bean Soup recipe (serves 4)

you need:

- A pressure cooker (you can do it in a pot of soup, but it will take hours instead of minutes)

- 540ml can of black beans (washed)

- 796ml can of diced tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 medium onion

- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon chile powder

- 1 vegetable stock cube

- 1 liter of water

- A hand mixer (Bamix, for example), or a standing mixer, all mashed before serving (optional, but recommended)

instructions:

Heat olive oil in pressure cooker, add the onion and garlic and fry until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, place the lid on the pressure cooker, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix and serve. If desired, a dollop of sour cream mixed with chopped cilantro in every dish is delicious.

Serve with a piece of whole wheat toast and a plate of green salad oil and vinegar.

Substitute 1 / 8 teaspoon of powder for each clove of garlic called in the recipe just remember that garlic powder takes time to hydrate, and reach their full potential this is why usually only uses the power of things like salsa and sauces, and let them sit for a while before using the final result
