would this be good..............?

Im going to try something new tonight so I have so pre-seasoned pre-cut chicken fajita meat, would it be good to mix pasta, rotel and velveeta cheese with it? Has anyone ever done that?

Are you for sure wanting to use the Velveeta? You can make a homemade cheese sauce super easy and it has a great taste!

Directions:

Heat a cup of milk in a sauce pan
Season with some salt & pepper and a dash of garlic & onion powder.
Once the milk gets hot, sprinkle in any type of shredded cheese you like slowly...do not add it all at one time....make sure you stir constantly.

Then you could even throw in the rotels and if you like mushrooms that might be a nice touch.
