San Diego, Orange County and Palm Springs, California, Personal Injury Lawyer Explains dog bites to children at risk and the Gray Wolves

If you have had a child injured by a dog bite, if it takes place in Palm Springs, California, San Diego, Orange County, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Newport Beach, Buena Park, Indio, Westminster, El Cajon, Chula Vista and Murrieta, or anywhere in California, there is virtually strict liability of the person who owns a dog that bites someone and if the homeowner insurance can be found, we can see that you are compensated for their injuries.

However, the psychological damage to a child it can be even worse than the injuries and children should not grow in fear of wolves. Psychologists can usually quite easily remove the fear of a child but parents can also do much for the child to see how animals can be friendly, but also how to approach an animal so that the animal is not scared or nervous child.

Children should approach a dog only with adult supervision very slowly with her hand near the ground with the palm up and allow the dog to sniff the palm of your hand before slowly and gently petting the animal. With a wolf hybrid, it is best not to look too directly wolf hybrid the eyes as this may be misinterpreted by the animal as a challenge.

As personal injury attorney and lawyer dog bite in California and someone who knows well wolves, despite all the beliefs that wolves are dangerous, which is common for a wolf to really be afraid of a child. There seems to be an instinct that tells the Wolf that a child is unpredictable. As personal injury lawyers who have never received a call about a bite of a wolf, a wolf, because they usually run immediately if afraid. Gut other animals may pose a significant danger to children.

To help children understand the wolves, the story is presented.

A friend of mine has a wolf hybrid animal is the most gentle and fun than you might want to have as a friend. But the last time you visited the wolf the wolf was as mad as a bear.

"What do you have pie?" I asked.

"You have heard of Gray wolves are endangered? "He asked the wolf.

"Sure," I said.

"Well, it's nothing more in danger of extinction."

"This is good news, is not it," asked the wolf.

"It would be if they were not planning to allow people to hunt again. "

"If they were endangered until recently, but now going to have humans on the hunt again, are not endangered other time? "

"They are where I stand," said the wolf.

Fortunately, my friend Wolf was an Arctic wolf, but wolves are not as different races so that one race is better than another.

"Let me ask you a question," Wolf said. "If a person mistreats a dog, what happens? "

"He can go to jail," he said.

"But if someone shoots the dogs sport? "

"The same result," he said. "The dogs are protected by law."

"And the dogs came what animal? "Wolf said.

"Wolves", I said, and saw where it went.

"Everything seems wrong with that?" asked the wolf.

"Sure," I agreed.

"And the wolves attack humans?"

"No," I said. "They hunt other animals when they have to eat."

"No wolves kill for sport?"

"No"

"It Have you ever bitten or someone? "Asked the wolf.

"No," I said.

I could see that the wolf was having a difficult time digesting injustice for all.

"There are human rights organizations and animal rights organizations, and the laws and courts, and PETA, but they are still going to hunt wolves?"

"It seems so," I said.

"It does not seem right," said the wolf.

We sat a while in silence.

"No Wolves feel pain? "I asked.

"Of course we feel pain. We get the disease, and aging like you .. I have twelve years old and I have arthritis. But dogs are rarely given pain medications, or surgery, or even a choice of whether we live or die. "

"It's not fun, right?"

-No. Makes you want to bite something. "

"You know people who own dogs are sued when your pet bites someone," he I said.

"Human beings deserve if you do not train their dogs do not bite," said the wolf. "It is not difficult."

"Why do you always chase rabbits, "I asked.

"A wolf will always think of a rabbit for food," said the wolf. "Some things are instinctive. As human beings are good and know shooting means danger. And although I do not particularly like your cat, I know better than you are bitten. "

"Because I said no to him?" I asked.

"That and the fact that he has sharp claws and nose always goes when you get too close."

"Is there anything I can do for you?" "I asked him when the wolf moaned as he lay.

"Even if not, can bite the person in Washington who said it is okay to hunt wolves again. "

I promised I would.

News Note: The September 29 2008, a federal judge returned the gray wolves from endangered list, reversing a ruling by a federal judge in Montana to allow hunting of wolves by nearly seven months. The new court ruling was a victory for wolves and animal lovers and won by environmental groups opposing the U.S.

Description

Many books have been written about animals, and very good books too, giving a great deal of information. Most of them are called works of Natural History; and they usually give some description of the birds and beasts, fishes and insects, that are known to man. I am not going to write such a book as that; but to say a little about different kinds of creatures that we are all in the habit of seeing, and to tell you a few things of some which have belonged to me, or have come under my own observation; so that, at least, I can promise to write nothing but what I know to be true. I have not learned their characters and habits from books, but by watching them ever since I was a very young child; and many a happy hour I have spent in that delightful employment.

Description

Photographer Susan Middleton and David Liittschwager are in a race against the clock to capture powerful portraits of America's most threatened creatures. Join them on their unforgettable adventure that takes them from the California Sierra to the deep South, from the woods of North Carolina to the Pacific's shores. Along the way, they encounter a camera-shy Black-Footed ferret, capture the beauty of the golden trout, help release a pair of red wolves back to the wild, and watch from a front-row seat as a bald eagle chick is returned its cliffside nest. Their every picture tells a story...and makes a plea: DON'T SAY GOOD-BYE to America's natural treasures.

The folks at National Geographic, with the help of narrator James Woods, take us on a zigzag road trip across the U.S. in this 1997 documentary. We follow photographers Susan Middleton and David Liitschwager, who gave up their earlier pursuits (museum and fashion photography, respectively) to capture on film the rarest fauna and flora of the North American continent. A selection of these pictures was published in their book, Witness: Endangered Species of North America. This hour-long film takes us from a black-footed ferret breeding farm in Wyoming to Florida manatee pools to the Presidio in San Francisco where we see a plant that is so rare, only one exists and its exact location is a government secret. The portraiture is vibrant and truly stunning and the film is interspersed with interview clips of scientific luminaries such as Harvard's Edward O. Wilson. Despite a subject matter that is necessarily depressing, America's Endangered Species: Don't Say Good-Bye outlines a few recovery success stories and highlights the efforts of individuals throughout the U.S. who are determined to make sure that these species are around for future generations of National Geographic fans. --Douglas Dalrymple

Amazing Animals Broadcast nationally on The Disney Channel, Amazing Animals has quickly won children's hearts around the nation. Featuring the lovable Henry the Lizard as the inquisitive object of the narrator's clever questions and insights, each is a riot of humor, live-action footage, animation and information. Children cannot help but have fun as they learn. #1 rated non-Disney program on The Disney Channel(tm) "Fun facts, folklore and animal behavior are rolled into one gorgeous-and entertaining-science lesson."-Publishers Weekly Disney Channel ratings increased 31% for the Amazing Animals broadcast time slot! Amazing Animals: Armored Animals reached #38 on Billboard's Video Retail Charts.

Seashore Animals feels like a second-rate show that didn't quite make the line-up when compared to many of the other fascinating top-notch videos in the Amazing Animals series. There are the usual pictures of animals doing the darndest things, from crabs burying themselves in the mud to turtle moms laying eggs in the sand, but the fast pace and plentiful information so prevalent in other videos in the series, such as Animal Journeys or Scary Animals is, unfortunately, missing. But it's hard to completely dislike any half-hour that features beautiful shots of pelicans, eerie footage of starfish traveling in rock pools, and pictures of dozens of too-cute baby ducks scurrying down to the sea. --Valerie J. Nelson
