Last night I made turkey burgers ...?

Last night I made the best turkey burgers with 1.25 pounds of ground turkey, soup 1 package Lipton onion powder, 1 egg, 1 / 2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper. They were soooo juicy and delicious. I sauteed mushrooms and onions in a skillet with butter and Worcester (for cooking and marinating) sauce. We had Swiss cheese, with mushrooms and onions on top and was the best. Unusually I like the taste of ground turkey, but my husband does not eat red meat more for the way they are takes to digest in your system. Does anyone else have very good recipes for turkey any other reason? Willing to share?
