I used to make this smoothie vegetable all the time and is a good kick in the butt to wake in the morning. It is very healthy ... Can anyone tell me details on the content of vitamins and some calories? Summer barbecue rib roast

Ingredients

1 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1 / 2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons seasoning salt

2 pounds rib roast

4 cups canned tomato sauce
1 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 / 2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1 / 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 / 4 cup soy sauce
1 / 4 cup water

Instructions

In a small bowl or jar, mix chile powder, dried minced garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt and seasoning salt.

Costilla Place roast in a baking environment. Rub vigorously with 1 / 2 of the mixture of chile powder. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

In a medium saucepan, mix 1 / 2 of the mixture of chile powder, ketchup, brown sugar, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion flakes, soy sauce and water. Cook 3 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally, over low heat.

Prepare an outdoor grill for indirect heat. Lightly oil the grill.

Ribs cook covered on the grill prepared 3 to 5 hours, or to desired doneness. Brush with sauce mixture medium saucepan over the last minutes of cooking. Serve with remaining sauce.

Sweet Summer Apple Barbecue Sauce Ribs

Ingredients

4 cups sauce barbecue
4 cups applesauce
4 pounds pork ribs
salt and black pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Instructions

Mix barbecue sauce and applesauce in a bowl. Place ribs on a large sheet of foil resistant and rub on all sides with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Pour sauce over ribs to coat. Seal the ribs in foil. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to high.

Place ribs in foil on the grill rack and cook for 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil and place directly on grill grate. Continue cooking 30 minutes, basting frequently with sauce, until the ribs are done.
