i need to learn the splits in 12 days!!!!!!!! help!!! B.A 10 points?


ok im 13 and my cuzin is 10. from tomorrow we r going to start stretching for the splits, we started stretching around 3 weeks ago but we stopped for like 2 weeks, we r going to start again but this time we will put in more effort. this is how r routine will go:

15mins of stretching: morning
15mins: After noon
15mins:at sunset
15mins:night

and 15 mins of warmup before each session of those 15 mins

when we were stretching 3 weeks ago we were really close to the ground in our right/left splits(4inches off)

do u have any advice on how to get them in 12 days coz we have a talent show cumin up and the splits r included in them, we dont really need the center splits but if tis possible it would be gr8

so can u give us sum advice to get them down in 12 days!

4 inches isnt really that close, but if you want to get it over time working it to much in one day probably wont be to great. I dont think 12 days is enough time, just like anything with exercises time is needed. The best way to improve flexibility, is to stretch to warm up. THen get your muscles warm, running or w/e and playing a sport or practice for your talent show. Then stretch after that again, and you will go down easier, and hold it there for longer times. THey say not to bounce, but I've been a gymnast for ten years and always bounced to increase flexibility.

Lastly, Saunf (fennel) is added to desserts and some vegetarian dishes to act as a flavoring agent. Methidana (fenugreek seeds) adds a touch of bitterness. Kalonjii (onion seeds) is used in foods considered to be heavier in seasoning or is used in pickling. Raee (mustard seeds) adds sourness to food, while Khus-Khus (poppy seeds) adds to the flavor of meat. Saffron which is India's most expensive and cherished spice adds color as well as fragrance. Don't be scared to let yourself try a great Indian meal.
