How To Use Black Beans To Create Edible Delights
Black Bean - Full food nutrient laden nature of protein, cholesterol, and noted as a quick delicious way to a healthy meal. In all bean recipes, always remember to drain and rinse beans before using. Then I'll give you some ideas for healthy recipes for healthy living with black beans.
Black Bean Jumping
In a skillet treated with 1 teaspoon olive oil brown one small onion. Stir in chopped clove, and cook for a minute. Mix in 15 can - 19 ounces of drained and rinsed black beans. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers. Healthy recipe makes about 1 3 / 4 cups and is excellent as a side dish with pork chops.
Black Bean Dip
And the processor food, mashed beans, drained and rinsed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon and 2 teaspoons chipotle pepper sauce. Since the processor, stir the mixture to a small bowl. Stir in 1 / 4 cup fresh cilantro, beans and 2 small Roman or tomatoes. DIP excellent health. Serve with vegetables cut.
Black Bean Salad
In a medium bowl, mix a can of beans, drained and rinsed with 1 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1 / 3 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, add a drained 15 1 / 4 oz niblets corn and 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing (calorie-wise).
Black bean salad is excellent dish for pork chops.
Black Bean Soup
Place 1 cup of sauce in a greased pan (olive virgin, of course. Add a pinch of allspice and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained, and 3 cups chicken broth low sodium. heat to boiling, reduce heat and cook simmer 10 minutes. Use a blender or food mill to grind grain sizes.
This healthy recipe makes 6 cups of broth.
Black Bean Chile
In a large olive oiled pan, cook 8 oz ground beef, 1 small chopped onion until meat is browned and onion is transparent, which will 10 minutes. Add the 2 cans of drained and rinsed black beans, a 14 1 / 2 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies. Add 1 cup water. Heat to boiling over high heat, reduce to low and simmer 15 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally. Incredibly healthy recipe makes 5 cups of black bean chili.
Black Bean Brownies
Take a brownie recipe, add 1 can of pureed black beans rinsed and drained. Cook recommended Brownies Preheat oven to 350 degrees until brownies healthy black beans are baked. Cool and serve. Your friends will be surprised how delicious these brownies are.
Salad Black Bean Mango
1-15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained, add
2 cups diced mango, 1 cup diced sweet pepper, 6 green onions thinly sliced, 1 / 4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, 1 / 4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced with, and add sea salt and fresh pepper to taste.
In the middle sized bowl, mix black beans, diced mango, diced sweet red pepper, sliced green onions, leaf chopped fresh cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil and jalapeño pepper together. Gently mix in a salad bowl. Toss salad and serve. Healthy Recipes for 4 to 6 people. This is delicious, and my favorite.
All these recipes I tried and really enjoyed myself. Black Bean, you can see now, are very usable and nutritious in many ways.
