I need help with a chicken dish?

I just diced some skinless chicken breasts, and now I'm slowly cooking in a pan with oil, vinigarette Italian dressing, garlic, dried spices, Portuguese, white pepper, vegetable salt, Chinese five spices, chile powder, all purpose seasoning and curry powder. It smells divine, but I want to do something interesting to go with it. I have no potatoes or fresh vegies, but I do have a lot of rice and backgrounds. I do not want to serve the pasta or rice just yet I have some cheese and seasonings above. Does anyone have any suggestions? Moreover, I have some chocolate sauce, brown sugar, butter, milk, or eggs, etc. Can anyone suggest a fast, easy, no cook dessert to go with it? PS: is for a romantic dinner with my girlfriend
