1. Prepare the dressing by first dissolving the gelatin in water. Heat mixture in the microwave on high for two minutes or until it begins to boil rapidly. Add the vinegar, then whisk while adding the oil. Add pepper, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, parsley, oregano, thyme and basil.
2. We're going to dress cool for about 15 minutes before adding cheese and egg substitute. Beat until slightly thickened, then cool. Overnight refrigeration makes the dressing thicker. Preheat a grill or grill pan inside medium heat. Salt and pepper the chicken, then grill for 5 minutes per side or until.
3.Remove grilled chicken and dice the same. While chicken cooks, prepare the salad by combining the Roman lettuce, red cabbage and shredded carrots in a large bowl and mix.
4. Prepare sandwiches, first the microwave beeps every 20 seconds. Fold each pita in half like a taco, then add 1 to 1 1 / 2 cups salad on bread. Add approximately 1 / 3 cup chopped chicken on top of the salad in pita bread.
Pour a tablespoon of dressing over each sandwich. Sprinkle a teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top of each and serve.

3 slices white onion ring
2 slices tomato
1 / 4 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1. The use of waxed paper, shape 1 / 4 pound of meat in a 4-inch square pie. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
2. Preheat a grill barbecue on high. The two halves of toast the bread face down on a hot skillet. 3. Lightly salt the hamburger and cook on the barbecue grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Construction of the burger in the following order of stacking the bottom by: pan bottom, hamburger, pickles, ketchup, onion rings, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, bread top.

1. Brown ground chuck over medium heat, breaking into small pieces with spatula. Add a pinch of salt and pepper during cooking.
2. Empty the cooked meat into a spaghetti strainer, and rinse with very hot water. This eliminates most of the fat.

1 cup rice noodles
1 cup sliced toasted almonds.
Prepare dressing by combining all dressing ingredients except vegetable oil and sesame seeds in a blender at high speed. Gradually add oil to the mix to create an emulsion.
Add sesame seeds and mix for just a couple of seconds. Pour dressing into a covered container (eg a vinegar dressing) and refrigerate until needed. (1 1 / 2 cup dressing) Rub each fillet chicken with oil, then lightly salt and pepper each piece.
Grill over medium / high heat until done. Cold chicken breast in the refrigerator. When chicken is cold, build each salad, first organization of about 4 cups of lettuce at the bottom of large bowl or plate. Organize mandarin orange wedges on each salad. Next, sprinkle 1 / 4 cup rice noodles and 1 / 4 cup toasted almonds on top of each salad. Add the desired amount sesame dressing and serve.
