In this article we will see a good old fashioned pot chili recipe beef crock! this meal can be made with any meat you want, and you can even make style vegetarian if desired. Dinner is served. It is an economical way to cook. If you're a chili lover like me then you know that the slow cooker is a great way to their best chili recipes quickly and easily! So lets go make some chili!

Ingredients:

3 pounds of meat. You can use all, skirt, flank, chuck, if on a budget. Any cut you want. I like the cube and grinding meat for the purposes of the texture.
1 can beans 15 oz. Everything will, kidney, small red beans, pinto beans. No beans for this recipe though! 1 large onion, finely chopped onion or a red or brown of the choice is yours.
1 green pepper chopped.
4 heads of garlic, minced.
1 small can tomato sauce 6.8 oz
1 small pasta 6-8 oz can tomato
6.7 oz 1 can diced green chilies.
1 large can 28 oz fire roasted tomatoes with plain or mixed with green chiles or 6 to 8 large tomatoes that has roast on the barbecue.
1 tablespoon chili powder California.
1 tablespoon chili powder from New Mexico.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
1 1 / 2 teaspoon cumin.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1 1 / 2 teaspoons salt or salt of the season.

OK, Lets get cooking!

I love big pots! my favorite is a cast iron skillet. I'm old fashioned that way! Therefore, obtaining a large pan and bring their beef to Brown in 3 tablespoons oil oil. When meat is browned all the time to throw in the pot and pan then add the remaining ingredients in there too! Cook this mixture for 6 to eight hours, and if you at home at the time then savor occasionally to see if you want to add something to it or not! As an aside, as I always suggest that mixing or cooking recipe chili one day in advance to get the flavors to blend, but if that's not possible that's fine too! This meal is ready to eat and enjoy!
