What do you like your fish taco?

I'm thinking about doing something tomorrow, but do not know what is good and to put on it. I will use no fried fish with something like a blackening seasoning on it and Barbecue. Not like the amount of fried foods: Ok now I think I'll have to do tonight Thanks to all

Try a salad of cabbage, some slices Sauce, fresh avocado, and / or thinly sliced red onion. Here is a great recipe, and great toppings, all of Bobby Flay courrtesy ... *** *** 1 Fish Tacos pounds of flaky white fish such as mahi mahi orata or 1 / 4 cup canola oil 1 lemon, juice 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder 1 jalapeno, minced 1 / 4 cup fresh cilantro leaves 8 flour tortillas Garnish: shredded white cabbage, heat the cream sauce or sour cream thinly sliced red onion thinly sliced green onion puree chopped coriander leaves Tomato Sauce, recipe follows Instructions Preheat grill to medium high. Place fish in a bowl of medium size. Whisk oil, lemon juice, ancho, jalapeno and cilantro and pour over fish. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove fish from marinade, place on a hot grill with the meat down. Ase fish for 4 minutes on the first side and then back for 30 seconds and remove. Let stand for 5 minutes and the fish flakes with a fork. Place the tortillas on the grill and grill for 20 seconds. Divide the fish among the tortillas and garnish with any or all of the garrisons. Purée Tomato Sauce: 2 tablespoon peanut oil 1 red onion small, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped 1 serrano pepper 1 jalapeno, sliced 1 tablespoon hot sauce 1 tablespoon chipotle Mexican oregano 1 / 4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves Salt and pepper Preheat the grill or use side burners of the grill. Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomatoes, serrano and jalapeno and cook until tomatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Puree the mixture with a hand immersion blender until smooth and cook held for another 10 to 15 minutes. Add the hot sauce, oregano, coriander and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Red Cabbage Salad: 1 / 4 cup rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 col / 4 red head, finely shredded 1 carrot large, cut into thin julienne 1 / 4 cup chopped cilantro leaves Salt and pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Charred Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce: 1 ripe pineapple, preferably Golden Pineapple 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 large Spanish onion, coarsely chopped 1 package frozen pineapple puree, thawed 2 habanero peppers, chopped 1 cup rice wine vinegar Honey Salt and pepper Heat a grill to high or Preheat the oven. Place the whole pineapple (do not peel it) on the grill and grill until the whole surface is completely black and charred. Remove from grill and let cool slightly. Peel pineapple, remove the core and the thick cut meat. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add onion and cook until soft. Add the pineapple, pineapple puree, habanero pepper and vinegar and cook until mixture is completely smooth, about 25 to 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and honey to taste. Strain the mixture into a bowl.
