If i..............Put garlic, pepper, oragano leaves, salt, red pepper flakes, and liqued smoke......and let some deer meat soak in it for like 2 or 3 hours....then put it in oven and bake at about 150 or 100 for 5 hours.....will that work....
i dont want to smoke it.....and i dont want to use soy sauce or the wincester or wat ever
