Korea versus Brazil Barbecue

Barbecue steaks are Brazil, while Gui Gogi refers to the method of Korean barbecue pork, beef, chicken and other meats. These are easy to make and serve your guests.

Brazilian barbecue (churrasco)
Churrasco is a Spanish and Portuguese term referred to grilled meat or meat. It is popular in Europe and Latin America, but remains a major source of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Nicaragua and Puerto Rico. However, is mostly used now in a Churrascaria or Brazilian Steakhouse.

A Brazilian Churrascaria restaurant and serves all you can eat grilled meat. Waiters here practice a style of service called espeto Rodizo or where they move with spikes in the restaurant and cut the meat into the customer's plate.

The traditional recipe grilled steak served with farofa or seasoned manioc flour, white rice, a variety of grilled sausages and meats, along with Brazilian vinaigrette. Ingredients This recipe calls for ½ cup salt, 10 kilos of good quality lamb, beef, ribs, veal and the (court) and, 3 cups water and 6 cloves of crushed garlic.

Although Brazil grills do not use the sauce on their meats, roasts actually most Brazilians marinate the meat. Some like spread a little sea salt on the meat while cooking.

Procedure:
Turn the heat. However, make sure the coals are already so bright enough before placing the meat.

Mount cut the meat into metal skewers. Set the grill and turning the skewers occasionally. Once seen the meat brown in color turning, baste prepare the salt solution by dissolving a pinch of salt in water mixed with garlic. Suffice meat with the liquid mixture.

Slices cut from the outside and serve. If you plan to keep the meat until another round of service, remain hot on the grill. To keep fresh and juicy on the grill, pour the mixture of salty liquid from time to time.

Another favorite recipe of all time for the Churrasco Brazilian Barbecue Frango or barbecue chicken - the Brazilian way. Ingredients per person includes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound boneless chicken, skinless (breast part), 1 juice lemon, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup plain yogurt, salt and 1 clove garlic (chopped).

Procedure:
Cut the chicken into two-inch cubes. Rub chicken thoroughly with salt. Soak it in lemon juice and oil with garlic. Marinate for 2 hours.
Place the chicken cubes on a skewer and drizzle with yogurt. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place chicken on the grill. Although slowly roasting, sprinkle with oil.
As a side note, if you are grilling the thigh of a chicken before cooking it is necessary chicken in a large pot of ads sprinkled with salt. This will give more flavor to internal parts.

You can serve this with vinaigrette sauce and rice Brazil white.

Korean Barbecue (Gogi Gui)
Gogi Gui refers to the method of Korean barbecue pork, beef, chicken and other meats. These dishes are really prepared the dinner table, in charcoal or gas built in the center table. For Korean restaurants are not incorporated into the grid, using portable heaters at their tables.

Galbi is the most common form of derivative Korean barbecue beef short ribs marinated. From Korean barbecue may include various types of dishes of meat marinated and seasoned, can be divided into lots of categories. Therefore, Korean barbecue is very popular among Koreans and international customers.

The Korean BBQ Ribs
The ingredients are 2 / 3 cup Kikkoman teriyaki sauce, 4 pounds short ribs of beef and 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons. Tabasco salsa, 1 tsp. sugar and 2 pressed garlic cloves.

Procedure:
½ bone deep, and a half away, transverse and longitudinal. Place ribs in a large plastic bag.

Combine sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce, sugar, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Pour over ribs.

Press air from bag and tie the top securely.
Refrigerate it for 4 hours, sometimes turning over the bag.
Remove the ribs and grill or broil about 4 inches from heat coils. For the coals, which will take 15 to 18 minutes. A good indicator is when the ribs are brown and crunchy or out.
Occasionally turn the ribs.
