Indian dishes are divided into five parts and south, east, north-east and west. Some are known for sauces thick with spices and a few are rich in dairy products. In the Indian food you can find variety of breads, like Naan, Roti Tawa, Puri, Tandoori roti, and many bhaturey others. Traditional Indian food is rich in non-vegetarian and vegetarian both. History of Indian cuisine:

With the cross-cultural interactions of neighboring Central Asia and the Middle East, the dishes of India has also evolved. Headstrong cattle, sesame and eggplant were introduced in the Indus valley around 7000 BC. Pepper Black, mustard, turmeric and cardamom were harvested in 3000 BC in India.

After that, when India was invaded by the Mongols, Portuguese, Arabic, Persian rulers of Central Asia and British. Then, Indian cuisine was also influenced. After that only vegetarian kebabs were introduced into the food Indian. In vegetarian dishes potatoes, tomatoes, heavy sauces, and peppers pilafs also introduced.
