-Muslims are forbidden to eat pork or alcohol. They are only allowed to eat meat prepared by a butcher halal (halal means permitted or lawful. It is a food that are allowed under Islamic dietary guidelines).
Hindus - the majority of Hindus eat meat but not beef. Because the belief that cows are sacred (halal meat) Sikhs and Buddhists are strict vegetarians.
Jews - Do not use milk and meat together in the kitchen who eat only kosher meat. (Especially kosher slaughtered meat) -3 hours must pass between the use of milk and meat).
Asia - Middle East / Far East uses of herbs and spices in the kitchen.
Chinese Kitchen - food is one of the most popular of all, the Chinese believe that its important to find the balance and harmony in all aspects of life, including food. The four main styles of cuisine are ...
1. Peking Noodles, dumplings, pancakes steam (fried duck meat)
2. Canton of rice is mainly used
3. Shanghai - more robust style of cooking
Szechwan - needs a large amount of flour / oil, garlic and ginger and hot pepper.
Greek - The use of fresh ingredients, well seasoned with herbs and a touch of spicy, stew, grilled or roasted with the use of olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice to enhance the flavors.
India - India and Pakistan to use what is called the Mogul style kitchen (under the title of King Shah of Iran)
Shah - were healthy, vigorous and consumers of meat using wheat over rice, cooking Tandoori is also used. (Tandoori marinated meat is cooked over intense heat. It is either red or yellow, red annatto seeds and saffron yellow depending of the Marine who used it.

Where to buy achiote (or annatto) seeds in London?
I know of a spice shop in Notting Hill, but I just wanted to know if anyone has been able to buy annatto (or annatto) in less-specialized stores, like a supermarket in London. I am planning to make Puerco Pibil. Yes I tried Tescos - but I'm not sure if you can call in just for me! You'll have to ask. Only to add - I've tried all the major supermarkets, and I know you can get online, but the amounts are too much for what I want.
LOOK FOR LONDON IT IN GOOGLE SEARCH at the supermarket where they have International food. Or in space. I buy it in the States at Walmart. Look also for Goya PRODUCTS. CIAO, VENUS
