Grind, Grind, Grind!

First one just stopped working then after the new one from Amazon came in started up again, I believe a short in the first one. So now we have 2. We make a lot of rubs for roasts, so the device gets a work out. This is awesome and a must have for any one who likes to cook. Before we made the purchase we used an old coffee grinder, didn't do what this little chop happy grinder can. This is much easier to clean, so you don't transfer flavors.

Spice and Nut Grinder

This grinder works good on heavy spices and nuts. If the nuts and spices are dry or light it does not work very well in grinding to a fine size. That was what I needed so it did not work on my application but is still a very sturdy grinder and can be used for other applications.

Takes too long as spice grinder

I used to have a Mr. Coffee Electric Coffee Grinder with Chamber Maid Cleaning System, but the motor on that broke after 2 years of use (i use 2-3 times per week). So now I bought this. The Cuisinart takes alot longer to grind some spices (can take 1-2 minutes for cumin or cardamom), whereas the Mr Coffee ground anything very quickly.

The Cuisinart spice and nut grinder works great. Haven't placed a large assortment of nuts in there beyond Almonds, pistachios, and cashews, it is efficient and easy to pulse. So, it is goes without saying it can handle most of the everyday dried herbs and most of the spices. Easy to clean. The detachable bowl is definitely a plus and makes it easier to handle your product removal.

I was looking for a grinder to grind seeds,mostly flax seeds.I was looking at coffee grinders untill I discovered this at a Williams Sonoma store.I bought it on Amazon.It does a great job,and I love the way the cup comes off.it is a steal at $36. I saw another review where the person said it did not work well for flax seed.That left me wondering if the moron forgot to plug it in,because I could not ask for anything more from this little machine. i buy on Amazon often.i usually dont take the time to write reviews,but I wanted to write one for this.

They are warm for the cold winter nights, they are comfortable, and they have a good enough sole for regular use. Because they are sheepskin, they aren't easy to clean, so it's best to wear socks with them.

I bought these for my husband. He had finally worn out his Ugg slippers (I would say a hole in the toe would be considered worn out) although he did not want to give them up. I got these with some trepidation because I wasn't sure they would be the same quality as Uggs. I was very pleasantly surprised. I am pleased with them and their price is certainly better than Uggs!
